We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.
If you’d like to return an item, just send it back within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition. The garment must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair – and must have the tags intact and attached.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
A refund will be processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise and tax, and issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order.
Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed.
If the product is defective, please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your order # and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will send you an exchange # and ask that you write it on the outside of the box it is returned in.
We do not offer exchanges via mail, so please place a new order for an alternate item at your earliest convenience.
For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
